Branched Structure Analysis: Tree Intervals

1. Select trees using the Select or Select All tool.
2. Select Analysis>Branched Structure Analysis.
3. Click the Tree Interval tab and select a type: Axon Intervals | Dendrite Intervals | Apical Dendrite Intervals.
4. Click OK. A Tortuous distance report is generated.

   To modify the interval:

   1. Right-click in the report window and select Change Options.
   2. Enter a different value for Size of bins.
